Conflict Management workshop
This workshop is a fun yet informative day aimed at anyone who comes into contact with other people while at work. It is a classroom based, interactive session with no previous qualifications or experience necessary. Throughout the day delegates will be provided with the knowledge, understanding and skills to deal with any potential conflict.
After introductions and expectations for the day delegates will be given the opportunity to discuss their own conflict experiences before going on to learn the importance of conflict management and how to use this knowledge to their advantage.
