The Magic workshop teaches group communication skills, sleight of hand and interpersonal techniques. Wherever you are, it's brilliant to be able to entertain, amaze and amuse people with Magic be it in an educational setting, social or business.
Daniel Alexander has been performing Magic for over a decade throughout Europe and America. As course leader he has vetted and trained every single magician approved to run the Top Dog Magic workshop.
After the first workshop, participants will leave being able to perform a magic trick. This greatly increases full attendance of all participants; as they learn a trick and show it to their friends and family and receive gratification, they are then very keen to learn more!
Throughout the duration of the course, participants will also learn psychological methods such as misdirection and rapport building. Communication skills and awareness of group dynamics, and of course sleight of hand.
The tricks taught range from beginner to intermediate, on average between one and three new tricks will be learned at each workshop.
All of our workshops are accredited with a certificate that all partakers can take away with them at the end as proof of their participation and to mark their achievement in learning a new skill.
Many youth schemes require evidence of learners' participation and achievements in wider learning projects to contribute to the young persons file or CV. Top Dog support this by providing other supporting evidence of participation in addition to the Top Dog Certificate of Achievement. Available for this workshop are:
