Break-dance workshopThe workshop leaders | This workshop | Customer comments | Scheme of work | Certified qualification | Evidence of participation | Booking Join in this high-energy workshop and learn some of the moves that have been featured in so many music videos. Locking and popping to back-spins and six step – you'll be amazed at the skills you can pick up in just a few hours! The workshop leadersOur break-dance tutors have been "breaking" for a number of years as part of groups, crews and bands as well as providing training and tuition to a variety of organisations and people groups. Our break-dance coaches have competed in competitions as well as performed in hundreds of shows across the world. They are regularly teaching their skills to youth country-wide. This WorkshopThis workshop contains "demonstration" from professional break-dancers as well as a great deal of practical hands on participation. A thorough warm up through fun activities kicks things off before a variety of break-dance moves are taught and incorporated into a full routine. A highlight of this workshop is "The Circle" when participants create a ring and take it in turns to go into the centre and "bust a move". This is the chance to impress your friends and impress yourself as you show off your new skills. With great tunes and gravity-defying moves, this workshop is an intensely fun day. Customer comments"Thank you to Top Dog Promotions and Dan Brown for an excellent break-dance workshop that took place at my school yesterday. Dan was superb, ensuring that all students were both involved and challenged.
